Award-Winning Porcelain, Gold, and Lacquer Teacup

This very special teacup is handmade by Professor Park Jong Hong, a visiting professor at Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute and former dean of the College of Art and Design at Dankook University in Korea.

This 60 ml teacup has a strong sense of fluidity and movement. Its porcelain body is gilded with 24-karat gold inside and finished with lacquer outside, giving the exterior a warm, wood-like texture. The result feels like flowing fire: primal and elegant.
