SALES ASSOCIATE

Part-time, commission based.
Tea Drunk is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to assist in tasks such as list-building, pitch outreach, and market trend research. This role has the potential to develop into a full-time position. 
The Sales Associate have to be willing to spend time to learn about Tea Drunk's products and services, and able to report and meet minimum once a week.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Organized and detail-oriented 
  • Proficient in list building, organizing contact information and data  
  • Skilled writer, able to write personable and engaging pitches for outreach 
  • Show an interest in tea, luxury products, and hospitality market trends to advise team on areas of growth 
  • Self-starter who is proactive in their work and can time-manage
  • Personable and enjoys communicating with potential clients, customers, and team members

BRAND AMBASSADOR

Part-time, volunteer based

This is the perfect role for those who share the same value and ambition in tea with Tea Drunk and would like to promote quality tea wherever you are.

The Brand Ambassador are required to host tea event at least once a quarter with a minimum of 20 attendees. Tea Drunk will sponsor the event with top-terroir teas. 

The Brand Ambassador have to be willing to devote time to get trained and learn about tea fundamentals.

The Brand Ambassador is required to attend tea training minimum once a month.

LEAGUE OF VOLUNTEERS

Join our league of volunteers! We are grateful to always have amazing tea lovers volunteering time and energy for our public events. We want to keep in touch with interested candidates and train everyone prior to future events.

In addition, Tea Drunk also periodically receive requests from charity and social organizations for tea services that unfortunately as a small business can not accommodate all the time. with our League of Volunteers, we can expand the love of tea to so many more! Please email us at hello@teadrunk.com of you are interested. The next event coming up is International Tea Day on 5/21 where our committee will start the planning now.

Volunteers need to be available for periodic meetings and trainings.

TEA DRUNK APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

We are bringing back the Apprenticeship program! This is a NYC-based work-study program for ambitious tea enthusiast who wants to put in the hard work to become experts in tea. For casual involvements, please check out our League of Volunteers and Brand Ambassador programs

Participants of the program have to be able to commit to tri-weekly morning tea sessions. Each of the sessions we’ll be doing deep dives into individual tea tea, terroir, cultivar, processing, culture, history or brewing techniques. Please refer to the roadmap at this page for reference.

The apprentices are expected to take on one or multiple tasks in addition to attending tea sessions and rigorously learn about tea. The tasks range from event assistant to marketing associates to program managers.
