Sales Associate
Part-time, commission-based.
Tea Drunk is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to assist with list building, pitch outreach, and market-trend research. This role has the potential to develop into a full-time position.
The Sales Associate must be willing to spend time learning about Tea Drunk's products and services and be able to report and meet at least once a week.
What We're Looking For
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in list building and organizing contact information and data
- A skilled writer who can create personable and engaging outreach pitches
- Interested in tea, luxury products, hospitality, and market trends, with the ability to advise the team on areas of growth
- A proactive self-starter who manages time well
- Personable and comfortable communicating with potential clients, customers, and team members
Brand Ambassador
Part-time, volunteer-based.
This is an ideal role for people who share Tea Drunk's values and ambition for tea and would like to promote quality tea wherever they are.
Brand Ambassadors are required to host a tea event at least once a quarter with a minimum of 20 attendees. Tea Drunk will sponsor the event with top-terroir teas.
Brand Ambassadors must devote time to training and learning about tea fundamentals.
Brand Ambassadors are required to attend tea training at least once a month.
League of Volunteers
Join our league of volunteers! We are grateful to the tea lovers who volunteer their time and energy for our public events. We want to keep in touch with interested candidates and train everyone before future events.
Tea Drunk also periodically receives requests from charities and social organizations for tea services that, as a small business, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate. With our League of Volunteers, we can expand the love of tea to many more people. Please email hello@teadrunk.com if you are interested.

Tea Drunk Apprenticeship Program
We are bringing back the Apprenticeship Program! This is a NYC-based work-study program for ambitious tea enthusiasts who want to put in the hard work to become tea experts. For more casual involvement, please explore our League of Volunteers and Brand Ambassador programs.
Participants must be able to commit to three morning tea sessions each week. Each session includes a deep dive into an individual tea, terroir, cultivar, processing method, culture, history, or brewing technique. Please refer to the roadmap on Tea Fundamentals roadmap.
Apprentices are expected to take on one or more tasks in addition to attending tea sessions and rigorously learning about tea. Tasks range from event assistance and marketing support to program management.
