- Ao Fu Hou 2022
Ever so elegant, so aloof yet present, this prized cultivar set itself apart with unmistakable buttery texture and notes of butterscotch raspberry. It's soft and tenacious with permeating aftertaste. The grand vintage from the cultivar's birth village is only cherry on top.
- Jin Jiao Yi Rou Gui 2025
Rou Gui's signature cinnamon-bark spice is only the opening act. This one is from Jin Jiao Yi — “the Golden Throne” — one of the most coveted micro terroirs of Zheng Yan. Here the cultivar's sweet, spiced lift rides on the deep rock-and-mineral backbone only true Zheng Yan can give, finishing with the liveliness that sits at the very top of Yan Cha's flavor hierarchy. A young vintage from a throne-room terroir — drink it now, or watch it deepen.
- Da Si Single Tree #62
This is a special commissioned single tree pu er. Single trees are rare: the leaves come from the largest — often assumed oldest — trees of a village, and some families number these trees to keep track. You guessed it: this is tree #62. We tried about fourteen trees and this is the one we chose. Lin Cang teas are sharp, tannic and aromatic yet low in bitterness — an “unbalanced” balance unique among pu er regions — and #62 wears it beautifully.
