  • Xin Yang Mao Jian

    信陽毛尖

    Hairy and pointed, as its name suggests, Mao Jian is savory and floral with a nutty umami finish. This handmade green tea comes from Che Yun Shan in Xin Yang, its historic origin, and is vigorously rubbed into its signature sharp profile.
  • Huo Shan Huang Ya

    霍山黃芽

    This handmade yellow tea comes from its historic origin of Huo Shan. Made from heirloom tea leaves and gently micro-fermented, it balances sweet nuts, bouquets of flowers, and umami. Its profile is close to green tea, but rounder, smoother, and warmer.
  • Bai Mu Dan

    白牡丹

    Named after the Chinese peony, this white tea is warm and exuberant, tranquil and sweet, umami and floral—at once light and full. Harvested from wild tea trees in the birthplace of white tea and traditionally sun-dried, its lingering fragrance evokes a meadow of wildflowers on a shimmering summer day.
  • Bai Ye

    白葉

    Bai Ye is a beloved Dan Cong cultivar known for prominent peach notes. Harvested from Lao Cong trees in Hu Cuo village of Wu Dong, this tea brings playful notes of gingerbread and orange peel, a deeply woodsy character, and a long golden aftertaste.
  • Huang Guan Yin

    黃觀音

    Aromatic and outgoing, a well-made Huang Guan Yin does not sacrifice fine texture and body for showiness. From Shi Zi Feng, an iconic Zheng Yan terroir, this tea carries its fragrance through every layer and finishes with defined minerality.
  • Xiao Chi Gan

    小赤甘

    This early-spring Xiao Chi Gan comes from century-old heirloom tea trees in Gua Dun, within the protected Tong Mu Nature Reserve. It showcases the sophisticated sweetness and elegant brightness of this singular terroir.
  • Ban Po Lao Zhai

    半坡老寨

    From the prized village of Ban Po Lao Zhai, this handmade Pu Er Sheng Cha uses leaves from ancient tea trees, or Gu Shu, that are 200–600 years old. These convenient mini cakes are floral and forward, with substantial yet silky tannins and a long, lingering finish.
  • Pu Er Shou Cha

    普洱熟茶

    Shou Pu is a microbially fermented Pu Er tea with flavors of sweet earth and woods and a full, smooth body. This batch blends leaves from ancient and decades-old heirloom trees grown from seed by past generations, giving it a robust mouthfeel and many lasting steeps.
