Wu Long (Oolong) - Yan Cha (Cliff Tea)

Wu Yi Yan Cha (Cliff Tea) represents the pinnacle of Min Bei (northern Fujian) Wu Long. Its traditional expression is described as “rock bone and floral fragrance.” The “rock bone” refers to a highly desired molten-stone mouthfeel and long mineral finish, while roasting gives Yan Cha its signature dark and bold aroma and taste. The most prized Yan Cha comes from the Zheng Yan (true cliff) region inside the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Wu Yi Shan.

Pairs well with: earthy braised dishes and seafood with vegetal notes and minerality
